Just finished Jillian level 2 and my butt was kicked. I forsee very sore legs in my near future....YES!!! The next couple of days will be challenging with no husband around to see what I could stuff in my face after the kids are in bed. My plan is to look forward to a nice Fresca at the end of the day and NO food after 8:00...just like you....my inspiration.
We are still in this and we will be 10 pounds lighter by Christmas!!! We still have two months!! We can and must be successful FOR ONCE!!!!

Small detour in progress
bummer. I thought I'd be able to continue my exercise goal through my weekend. However...it is not happening.
- The hotel room is nice, but very small. No room at all for anthing but maybe some jumping jacks.
- I'm not in the hotel room alone. I'm here when kids are sleeping. Can't exercise with sleeping kids.
- It's raining outside and anyway...I'm not able to leave kids to go out and run and I can't use the exercise room because again....I'm not able to leave kids.
- Exercise 5 days a week. Eat Oatmeal every morning. Chicken, rice, veges for lunch. Anything I want for supper. No eating after 8:00pm.

slacker no more
Tomorrow is Friday, and then we must conquer the weekend my friend. Next week's goals may have to include some sort of eating plan, but I do like this one-step-at-a-time method. We have learned that we can't overwhelm what fragile bit of self control we have. We are building a volcano of fitness one lego at a time. Carry on.

I ain't no failure
Just finished working out with Jillian WHILE watching The Biggest Loser, so I'm sure that will somehow double my results. Two days in and two Jillian workouts under my belt. It's 8:26 pm and I must not eat. I must not. I must not. Huh....I may feel a poem coming on.

Last night I did my Slim in Six DVD at about 9:30pm. Helped that I did it in my room with my laptop running an episode of Law and Order. This morning I did 10 minute trainer before school and will do Slim in Six tonight.
