Tomorrow is Friday, and then we must conquer the weekend my friend. Next week's goals may have to include some sort of eating plan, but I do like this one-step-at-a-time method. We have learned that we can't overwhelm what fragile bit of self control we have. We are building a volcano of fitness one lego at a time. Carry on.
