bummer. I thought I'd be able to continue my exercise goal through my weekend. However...it is not happening.
- The hotel room is nice, but very small. No room at all for anthing but maybe some jumping jacks.
- I'm not in the hotel room alone. I'm here when kids are sleeping. Can't exercise with sleeping kids.
- It's raining outside and anyway...I'm not able to leave kids to go out and run and I can't use the exercise room because again....I'm not able to leave kids.
So, I guess I'll just have to get back at it on Monday. Speaking of which, here are my next week's goals:
- Exercise 5 days a week. Eat Oatmeal every morning. Chicken, rice, veges for lunch. Anything I want for supper. No eating after 8:00pm.
