Small detour in progress

bummer.  I thought I'd be able to continue my exercise  goal through my weekend.  However...it is not happening. 
  1. The hotel room is nice, but very small.  No room at all for anthing but maybe some jumping jacks. 
  2. I'm not in the hotel room alone.  I'm here when kids are sleeping.  Can't exercise with sleeping kids.
  3. It's raining outside and anyway...I'm not able to leave kids to go out and run and I can't use the exercise room because again....I'm not able to leave kids.
So, I guess I'll just have to get back at it on Monday.  Speaking of which, here are my next week's goals:
  • Exercise 5 days a week.  Eat Oatmeal every morning.  Chicken, rice, veges for lunch. Anything I want for supper.  No eating after 8:00pm.
